High School Transcript Requests

To request a transcript, please call (607) 754-1557 or e-mail us .

Please provide us with the following information:

  1. The name you graduated under

  2. The year you graduated

  3. A contact number in case we need to call you

  4. Where you would like the transcript to be sent.

There is no fee for requesting transcripts.

SUNY Broome Transcript Requests

If you have ever taken a Fast Forward class while in high school, you will need to request that SUNY Broome send your transcript to the college you plan to attend after high school. You will need to submit an online transcript request form. By completing the transcript form, you are consenting to the release of your academic record.

To submit a request for a transcript, go to MyCollege at http://mycollege.sunybroome.edu.

Sign on using your username and password.

Once you are in MyCollege, click on the “Student” tab at the top and select “Student Records” and “Order Official Transcript”.

Complete the information requested and submit.
