Maine-Endwell CSD extends to the school community the use of school facilities whenever such use does not conflict with the needs of children, or with New York State laws.
Furthermore, the District affords the general public an opportunity to apply for the use of our facilities if the function of such request will contribute to the educational, recreational, or entertainment interests of our community. District residents, staff members, and community groups can make facility use requests below.

The Board of Education has recently updated Policy 1610, concerning facilities use and the spaces that are available for use by the community. Please review the updated policy here.
Beginning July 1, 2023, an anticipated roster form, which includes a minimum of two (2) district residents participating in the event must be submitted as part of any request for the use of Maine-Endwell facilities.
You may submit this form in hard copy via USPS Mail, in person at the District Office, or can download a digital copy here, to be emailed to Kevin Hores (contact info above).
